Please pray for my house to sell. This is the 3rd contract and it doesn't look good. The woman who is trying so hard to buy it is a single Mom with 4 kids and 1 is disabled. She wants it, but can't quite get enough financing. I have lowered the price as low as I can in hopes she could get it. She has overcome such a trial in life. I feel for her because I am also a single Mom with 5 kids. Paying this extra mortgage takes every penny I have. My kids have to do without things so we can pay it. If anyone has some help or ideas please let me know. God Bless
